USC hires former coach Steve Sarkisian to be head coach.

ESPN - USC has hired Washington's Steve Sarkisian as its new coach, multiple sources told ESPN.
Sarkisian in 2009 took over a Washington program that had gone 0-12 the previous season, and he quickly returned the Huskies to respectability. He led Washington to a 34-29 record (24-21 Pac-12) in five seasons. Sarkisian was an assistant at USC for seven seasons (2001 to 2003 and 2005 to 2008).

The grumbling Ed Orgeron era is over. Came down to the all important (but really not important) UCLA game. Orgeron couldn't win, so hes toast. Now it's time for USC to use the old "lets get an old Pete Carroll assistant coach" method that got them the great Lane Kiffin.

What do we know about Sark, as he is called. Well, he was a QB coach that sculpted Carson Plamer, Matt Leinart, Matt Cassell, John David Booty, etc. He turned around a bad Washington program. And he is Armenian. Shout out to Glendale. Cue the music.
